Note: We do not supply SmartRG firmware updates to non-NCF members!

Caution:

We recommend that you only do firmware updates over an ethernet connection and NOT via wifi.
DO NOT power off the modem in the middle of a firmware update, this is cause your modem become unresponsive (stuck in brick/recovery mode).
