Hi I am Adam Hunt, an NCF volunteer. I did a complete copy edit and update of the public wiki pages over the Christmas 2011 period and since then have become the unofficial help wiki updater.
Generally I watch the NCF help discussion group pages and will incorporate new problems and their solutions automatically into the help wiki articles.
