Computer Help
NCF is focused on getting you connected to the internet with functional email and the ability to browse web pages. Most other issues regarding your computer setup, handling virus protection, programs, operating systems, setting up a browser or getting basic computer skills are more than the small group of staff and volunteers at NCF can help you with.
It's a busy time just getting everyone connected, and managing connection difficulties, moves and changes to member accounts. This Wiki page will help you find resources to help with other computer challenges you might face.
While NCF does not endorse any specific service listed here, and has not specifically tried them, we hope this list saves you a bit of work in finding a service that works for you. Ask questions about cost up front, and be wary of services that seek only to sell you new tools or gear you may not need. You may want to share your experiences in the NCF Discussion Groups to help others decide too.
