Law Enforcement Requests

NCF is obligated to work with law enforcement agencies provided they have a valid, legal warrant. That warrant is reviewed and confirmed by NCF management and legal counsel before any action is taken.

No private member information beyond that specified in the legal request is provided to outside parties.
